Who is eligible for LIFE Pittsburgh?

To be eligible to enroll in our program you must:

  1. Be at least 55 years old
  2.   3. Meet eligibility level for nursing facility level of care
  4. Be certified Medicaid eligible by the Department of Public Welfare for LIFE Pittsburgh or be able to privately pay
